Founded in 2008 with the mission of representing the interests of all Bachelor Gulch homeowners, the Bachelor Gulch Residents Association ensures that your voice is heard in all matters that impact you and your community. As membership grows, so grow our voice and our ability to influence decisions that affect our homes and our wonderful community as a whole. We ask that you join in our efforts to represent you and this quality of life that has brought us all together.

What We Provide

Community advocacy, education and oversight to benefit homeowners
Education and input on community safety including, emergency evacuation, fire mitigation and BG security services
Dialogue to enhance performance and lower the cost of Village Transportation
Input to Mountain Operations to improve homeowner skiway access
Coordination of efforts with Vail Resorts and the Ritz Carlton to improve homeowner experience

All property owners in the Bachelor Gulch community are invited to join the BGRA and make use of its resources including this web site. Annual membership contributions are nominal. The BGRA Board of Directors hopes that you will find a true community spirit in Bachelor Gulch and enjoy the depth of friendships and the energy of the mountain lifestyle found in this very special place.
