Greg Weiss, Secretary![]() | Our principle residence is in Manhattan in NYC, but my wife, Karen, and I spend most of the winter and summer here in Buckhorn. I grew up in NJ and went to college and law school in the East. My entire legal career was spent as a corporate attorney with a large NYC-based law firm. I retired at the end of 2005 after 37 years in the profession. Since I retired I have skied at least 70 days a year. I also spend a lot of time in the summer on the Bachelor Gulch tennis courts and, with little success, on the Red Sky Ranch golf courses. My 3 daughters and their families (including 11 grandchildren) live in NJ and love to visit us here in CO. |
VANESSA HEINECKE, CO-CHAIR | For the pas six years, I have had the privilege of serving on the Bachelor Gulch Residents Association Board, where I've contributed in roles such as treasurer, communications lead, and website manager. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of BGRA's mission and how we can best serve our community in Bachelor Gulch. Now, I am honored to pursue the opportunity to serve as Co-Chair of the organization. My husband, Gary, and I have been homeowners in Bachelor Gulch for nearly ten years, and we enjoy all that this incredible mountain offers, both in summer and winter. Over the years, I have grown to realize how unique it is to live in Bachelor Gulch and would like to represent our BGRA members in any way I can. |
Cathy Jones-Coburn | I have been associated with Bachelor Gulch Village since its inception, walking the homesites before there were even roads in our lovely resort. My husband, Russ, and I have lived in BG since 2000, first as Quartermoon homeowners and now as residents at the Horizon Pass Townhomes. I have an easy commute to my office at Slifer Smith & Frampton in The Ritz Carlton where I am the Managing Broker. I have lived full-time in the Vail Valley since 1996. Bachelor Gulch has been my playground for many years both personally and professionally. |
Kelly Quinn | Kelly and her husband, Tom Williams, have been homeowners at Snowcloud for over 20 years. They visit Bachelor Gulch frequently, traveling back and forth from the Chicago area. Their three adult children and grandchildren visit often. Kelly is a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, researching and teaching about communication technologies in the areas of social media and privacy. She has served on several boards, including the Association of Internet Researchers (a professional academic organization), the Misericordia Women’s League (which supports a residential facility for children and adults with developmental disability in Chicago), and the Gus Foundation (which supported pediatric brain tumor research at Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago). She holds an MBA in finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and has a background in commercial banking and real estate finance. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys tennis, hiking, and skiing, especially in Colorado. |

ANDY JAGGER | My wife, Sarah, and I have been residents of Bachelor Gulch since 2012. We live in the Denver metro area and travel up to Bachelor Gulch every other weekend for 4 to 5 days at a time. We are here throughout the year so get to see the mountain in all seasons. We both hike and snowshoe, and enjoy watching the various wildlife on the mountain. I also ski. We are both from Yorkshire in northern England originally but have lived permanently in the United States for over 30 years. I have a degree in Geology and a post graduate qualification in Computer Science. I run a small bespoke software company that provides specialized analytical software systems to the oil, gas, and geothermal exploration industry. |
